Try it for 14 days before you are charged
Every paid plan opens with a 14-day free trial. You give a payment method to start it, nothing is taken during it, and you can cancel at any point before it ends without being charged at all. The trial is the main thing this policy is built around: it exists so that the decision to pay is made after you have used the product, not before.
Full refund within 14 days of a charge
If you are charged and change your mind, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask you to sit through one.
This covers the first payment after a trial and every renewal after it, monthly or yearly. It is the whole charge, not a portion of it.
After 14 days
Past that window a subscription is not refunded by default, because the period it paid for has been available to you. Cancel whenever you like and the plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut access off the moment you cancel, and we do not bill you again afterwards.
Two things we will still refund past the window, and you should ask: a charge you did not intend — a renewal on an account you had stopped using, a plan bought twice — and a period during which the service was substantially broken for you and we could not fix it. Write to us and describe what happened.
How to ask
Email us from the address on the account, say which charge you mean, and that is the whole process. There is no form. We answer refund requests within two business days.
You can also cancel a subscription yourself at any time from the billing portal, which you reach from your subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the last one, so if you want the last one back as well, say so.
How a refund reaches you
Our payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record — the seller of record on your receipt and your card statement is Paddle, not Market4. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within five to ten business days once approved; how long your bank takes is between you and your bank, and we cannot speed it up.
What this does not cover
- Money spent through the product on outside services — generated images and video, or paid search data. Those are bought from third parties at your explicit approval, one approval at a time, and they are spent when the supplier delivers.
- An account we closed for a breach of the terms of service.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law where you live. Where that law gives you a stronger right than this page does, that right applies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the version in force for a charge is the one published on the day that charge was taken. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
